In consideration of my involvement in the 2006 NYSAA STAR FITA Outdoor Championships, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1) I risk bodily injury, including paralysis, dismemberment and death, as well as loss of or damage to personal property.
2) I knowingly and freely assume all risk, and I, for myself, and on behalf of my heirs, assign, and next of kin, hereby release, agree to hold harmless and promise not to sue the NYS Archery Association, National Archery Association, or the Archery Barn with respect to any and all such injury and or loss or damage to personal property.

The Annual Meeting and Hall of Fame Presentations will be held as soon as possible after the end of Saturday’s competition.

Awards will be presented on the field as quickly as possible following the competition.
Refreshments will be available at the concession on the field.
